Good Morning!
Our night last night was good, but HOT! No a/c.
Just about to leave Salem and head for Portland. We’re going to do church today at Imago Dei in downtown Portland. Should be fun.
It rained last night. Darcie and I have been hoping for rain. Although we didn’t get to experience it, it was nice to wake up to. Anjali (in Seattle), however has cursed our wishes, and has insisted that we Californians let her have her sunshine while it lasts.

Have a good day. Don’t you love how everything is so green and fresh? Sorry it has been hot and humid. Noah is at my feet. Dad is making his Sunday lunch, and then it’s my turn. The Olympics are on. Afterwards we will take all the pups on a walk. Yesterday Grandpa, Noah and I watched the US water polo team beat the #1 Croatian team! (Noah was too busy finding all the granola under Grandpa’s table to enjoy the game!) Grandma loved having Noah on her lap, and the other ladies thought he was darling. But, Noah was too busy in Grandpa’s apartment and Grandpa kept saying, “This dog is making me nervous. I sure hope he’s housebroken!” It made me chuckle. Noah was a good boy, but Grandpa can only focus on one thing at a time. You know how that is. Anyway, Noah blows you a kiss and wants you to keep having a good time! We all send our love! Ma
